Open the Tickets page, choose the pass that matches your specialisation and the level of access you want, then proceed to checkout. Enter your details, complete the secure payment, and you will receive an order confirmation by email.

An account is created for you when you purchase a ticket. Go to the sign-in page, choose "Forgot your password?", enter the email address you used at checkout, and follow the reset link sent to your inbox. Remember to check your spam folder.

First check your spam or promotions folder. If it is still missing after a few minutes, contact us at presedinte.craiova@sscr.ro with the name and email used at checkout and we will resend it.

Workshop selection opens before the congress and is done from your account dashboard. Available workshops depend on your ticket type and eligibility. Seats are limited, so register as soon as selection opens.

VIP passes include two workshops, CHILL passes include one, and ZEN passes are conference-focused. Specialty passes (Rezi, Pharma, Nurse, Stoma) include the workshops relevant to each track. See the Tickets page for the full comparison.

Tickets are non-refundable except where the event itself is cancelled. Please read the Refund Policy for the full conditions before purchasing.

Each conference and workshop is checked in by scanning a QR code on site. Your attendance is recorded automatically and counts towards your EMC points and end-of-congress certificate.
