Tickets are non-refundable except in the case where the organizer cancels the event.
Event cancellation
If the organizer cancels the event, full refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days from the cancellation notice.
Transfers
Transfers between participants are not standard but may be granted in rare exceptions. Send a request to the organizing team.
Other costs
The organizer does not refund collateral costs such as accommodation, transport or visa fees.
